The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the JARRo mobile application. This processes your request instantly.

Open the JARRo App

Launch the JARRo app on your Android or iOS device and ensure you are logged in.

Go to Your Profile

Tap the Profile/Account icon in the bottom navigation menu or side drawer.

Open Account Settings

Select "Settings" or "Edit Profile" from the account dashboard options.

Tap Delete Account

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap on the "Delete Account" button.

Confirm OTP

Verify the deletion via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Once confirmed, your session will end and data will be queued for deletion.

What data will be deleted? Your registered name, phone number, email address, profile photo, and active session tokens will be permanently erased. Order history records are archived securely for regulatory tax compliance.
