4. Firebase Services

We utilize Google Firebase services to build, secure, host, and monitor JARRo. These services process and store data in compliance with standard security benchmarks. Services used include:

• Cloud Firestore & Realtime Database: Used to store menus, orders, and session states securely, ensuring instant synchronization between the customer table and the kitchen.
• Firebase Authentication: Manages sign-in credentials, phone number verification (OTP), and session tokens, keeping your account secure.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used anonymously to understand user interaction, monitor app health, and fix app stability bugs on Android and iOS.
• Firebase App Hosting & Cloud Functions: Used to run backend code and API integrations under Firebase's secure serverless architecture.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• With Partner Restaurants: We share order details, name, and table number with the specific restaurant you are dining at so they can prepare and deliver your meal.
